One of the many ways I like to explore creativity is through cooking. I learned to cook out of necessity – because it was, and is, cheaper than eating out every day – and over the years I’ve found my own way of doing things. While I’m not professionally trained, I have worked in a few restaurant kitchens over the years. That experience, combined with what I’ve learned through trial and error in my own kitchen, allows me to put my own spin on the meals I make.
